Shipping policy

• UK STANDARD (3-5 working days): £3.99 (free when you spend over £20, or purchase any collar)
• UK EXPRESS (24-48 hours): £6.5 (order must be placed by 13:00 GMT and is only valid Monday-Friday, this excludes Bank Holidays). 

If you choose standard delivery, orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched. 

Please note: Express Delivery is not available for personalised items such as custom collars, charms, or accessories. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised products, we’ll dispatch the ready-to-ship items first, and your customised product will follow once it's complete.

• EUROPEAN DELIVERY (3-10 working days): £9.99 (free when you spend over £75)
  
• USA AND CANADA DELIVERY (5-8 working days): $9.99 USD / $14.99 CAD (free when you spend over $55 USD / $75 CAD, or purchase any 2 collars)
• INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (5-15 working days): £14.99
